SCREEN PRINTING / ART REQUIREMENTS
Screen printing is a time honored process of exposing your image onto silk screens with a separate screen required for each color in your design. The more colors in your design, the more time to set up and print your design; but once set up; we can print from 1 to 1000+
We offer 3 types of print:
-
SIMPLE DESIGN - 1 - 2 COLOR
-
STANDARD DESIGN - 3 COLORS OR MORE
-
FULL COLOR - CMYK OR SIMULATED PROCESS
SIMPLE
STANDARD
FULL COLOR
A one color tee (ie: white print on black tee) is only printed on one side - if you design a print for the front and another for the back of the tee then we need to create 2 sets of screens and a separate set up for each design.
To calculate the minimum order for your design, we suggest ordering a minimum or 12pcs for every color in your design. As long as the print is the same, you can order a variety of garment styles for your design.
INKS AND COLOUR MATCHING
The standard ink we use in most of our prints is Plastisol ink, however we can use speciality inks like Metallic, Foil, Puff, Waterbased, Eco Inks, Discharge and more.
Let us know if you are after a particular look and feel.
We use the Pantone Solid Coated color system to match colors.
