When submitting an order make sure all information is present at the time of submitting.  Mockups, artwork, style numbers, manufacture's color name and counts must match the production details.

If you have specific colors, print size or placement please make note of it. We are not responsible for the results if we must match the mockup without call outs.

For pantone call outs we do not guarantee an exact match.

There are many variables that affect the color of the ink.  

Printing with or without a base, fabric material and fabric color all affect the shade of the ink.


We request a 2% spoilage rate per location of decoration on all customer provided apparel. We will not replace or refund the cost of the damages. This includes machine and human error.


Exact quantity: If your order requires that you deliver an exact count to your customer. We advise that you provide additional garments to cover any damages, misprints or shortages. If damages are under our spoilage rate, we will charge to reset up and print additional garments if exact quantities are required.


We request 7-10 business days (weekdays) to process an order once approved within our system. Apparel must be in our hands at least three days before your scheduled production date. If you need an order completed before the standard turnaround time we can accommodate at an additional charge.
